Role Summary
The Director of Audit Delivery leads with relationship overseeing the delivery of service for select clients through the delivery of information security and internal control audits. This role provides strategic oversight of complex engagements, builds and supports high-performing audit teams, and maintains strong client relationships while ensuring audits meet KirkpatrickPrice’s quality standards and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide supervision of complex audits, including audit planning, delegation, progress monitoring, and timely delivery for select client accounts
• Build and support audit teams that meet business objectives while maintaining exceptional team support
• Monitor and ensure the quality, consistency, and professionalism of audit work
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Lead 1–2 operational or strategic initiatives aligned with individual strengths
• Mentor and develop auditors and associates
Phased Expectations
Phase One (Upon Hire):
• Assume primary responsibility for audit delivery
• Shadow existing Directors of Audit Delivery
• Demonstrate effective leadership, quality oversight, and client management
• Participate in audit operations leadership meetings
Phase Two (Within Approximately 6 Months):
• Lead the performance of a team of approximately 8–12 auditors and information security associates
• Expand scope to broader project oversight and team leadership
Required Qualifications
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – required
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
• Proven experience leading and developing audit teams
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Commitment to audit quality and professional integrity

Compensation
Base salary range: $140,000–$150,000 annually, paid weekly, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
