Job description: 

  • Gather, organize, research, and synthesize data from multiple sources to assist with the growth/refinement of the vertical. 
  • Oversees and coordinates the development of strategic products on a project management basis, including developing budgets and projections, identifying funding sources, and developing and preparing funding proposals.
  • Develops and/or advises on strategies designed to raise the general level of consciousness within the community and among potential funding sources of the organization's capacities and offerings.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, namely Business Development, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to drive key initiatives.
  • Track key business metrics and implement mechanisms to monitor and take action by identifying the key issues of each business unit.
  • Provide insights for Business Development Teams to plan the Go-To-Market Strategy Work with cross-functional teams, namely Business Development and Product Marketing teams to create growth and drive competitor advantage for KKday.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business planning, project management, product management, and/or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken both English and Chinese, with knowledge of other languages an advantage. 
  • A proven ability to establish excellent working relationships with external advisors, stakeholders, and internal executives and colleagues 
  • Good leadership, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, in particular
  • Good facilitation and negotiation. 
  • Expert-level understanding of data analytics, engagement data types, and appropriate critical metrics. 
  • Ability to organize and work with large sets of unstructured data. 
  • Ability to translate data conclusions into practical recommendations and to communicate conclusions of complex data analysis to semi-expert audiences.
