The position and your daily adventures



  • Vendor Management: Onboarding new vendors, validating legal/tax documentation, registering them in the ERP, and verifying compliance against blacklists (SAT/AML).
  • Invoice Processing: Receiving, tracking, and registering invoices/CFDIs for accounting, validating tax requirements (UUID, VAT, retentions), reviewing prices and contracts, and prioritizing payments based on due dates.
  • Payments & Reconciliations: Preparing weekly payment proposals, controlling payment status, issuing payment complements, reconciling AP against the general ledger, and clearing balances for monthly financial statements.
  • Reporting & Improvement: Generating weekly/monthly reports (due invoices, aging, KPIs), supporting internal/external audits, defining, documenting, and implementing continuous improvements and automation initiatives for AP processes.



What we are looking for:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Strong background in Accounts Payable (3-5 years), managing the full AP cycle (invoice reception, validation, posting, and payments).
  • Experience with vendor onboarding and management, including tax/legal documentation, ERP registration, updates, and blacklist checks (SAT/AML).
  • Solid knowledge of CFDI tax validation (UUID, VAT, withholdings, payment method, tax regime).
  • Skilled in reconciliations, balance cleanup, and resolving discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.
  • Experience preparing payment proposals, controlling payment status, and issuing payment complements.
  • Previous involvement in month-end close, AP reporting, aging, KPIs, and audit support.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP.
  • Previous experience in a fast working environment such as Fintech or Startup companies.
  • Advanced English for communication with external vendors and internal reporting.
