Klaviyo’s Partnerships team helps drive durable growth through our ecosystem of agency, systems integrator, and consultant partners. We work closely with partners to create demand, unlock new revenue, improve customer outcomes, and bring the full value of Klaviyo to market.
Our best Partner Managers are commercial, partner-first, and highly collaborative. They know how to turn strong relationships into measurable business outcomes through joint go-to-market planning, co-sell execution, and partner enablement.
About the Role
~2 min readThis is a senior, execution-focused partnerships role at the center of Klaviyo’s most important external relationships across our platform and partner ecosystem.
Reporting to the ANZ Partnerships Manager, you will drive the development, execution, and scaling of high-impact partnerships across GSIs, SIs, and agency holding companies. This role is designed for a strategic operator who can build partnerships from the ground up, navigate complex and multi-threaded stakeholder environments, and turn partner engagement into measurable pipeline, revenue, and customer outcomes.
In this role, you will articulate and differentiate Klaviyo in the market, drive business development and co-sell opportunities with partners, and shape services-led go-to-market plays that help partners grow their Klaviyo practice and profitability. You will also work closely with Partner Marketing on co-marketing initiatives and help bring Klaviyo’s broader platform story to market, including our evolving B2C CRM, AI-powered capabilities, and service offerings.
Alongside this enterprise focus, you will own a smaller portfolio of key strategic mid-market partners, with clear accountability for growing partner-sourced pipeline, improving partner activation, and expanding Klaviyo’s regional coverage.
You bring deep experience engaging senior leaders across service organizations, a track record of aligning stakeholders around a shared vision, and the discipline to translate strategy into measurable outcomes, whether in revenue growth, product capability, or expansion into new verticals and segments.
Success in this role requires someone who can operate credibly at both the strategic and execution layers- building executive trust, shaping joint plans, creating pipeline, and helping move complex deals forward. You know how to turn partner momentum into measurable business impact and bring the focus, commercial rigor, and bias for action needed to make that happen.
- Lead the development and execution of Klaviyo’s ANZ enterprise partnerships strategy, with a primary focus on GSIs, SIs, and agency holding companies
- Identify, recruit, and build high-impact partnerships from the ground up, creating the joint plans, internal alignment, and partner momentum required to expand Klaviyo’s presence in the enterprise
- Own and grow a smaller portfolio of strategic mid-market partners that serve enterprise customers, extend regional coverage, and create meaningful pipeline leverage
- Partner closely with Sales to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through co-sell motions, account planning, and partner-led opportunities
- Develop and own joint business plans aligned to services-led, transformation-driven, and co-sell GTM motions
- Build trusted, multi-threaded relationships across partner organizations, including executives, alliance leaders, sales teams, and delivery teams
- Develop and orchestrate multi-partner plays that combine Klaviyo, GSIs/SIs, and adjacent ecosystem partners to deliver differentiated customer value
- Collaborate with technology and ecosystem partners, including ISVs and hyperscalers where relevant, to support joint customer solutions
- Act as a central point of coordination within Klaviyo, aligning stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Partner Marketing to move partner strategies into execution
- Drive regular business reviews with partners, using data and insight to improve performance, accountability, and long-term impact
- Travel up to 25% to meet with partners, support field engagement, and attend events
- You have 8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or a related SaaS go-to-market role
- You have a track record of building and scaling high-value partnerships, ideally with GSIs, SIs, agency holding companies, or broader services partners
- You have experience building partnerships from zero to one, creating structure, momentum, and measurable business outcomes from the ground up
- You have prior quota-carrying experience and a track record of driving partner-sourced, partner-influenced, or revenue outcomes against clear targets
- You have a strong commercial mindset and know how to turn partner activity into pipeline, revenue, and strategic growth
- You are comfortable managing complex, multi-threaded relationships across both external partners and internal cross-functional teams
- You have a strong understanding of SaaS sales motions, enterprise deal cycles, and co-sell dynamics
- You have experience building and executing joint go-to-market plans across co-sell, co-marketing, partner enablement, and strategic account plays
- You are credible with executive stakeholders and confident leading solution, value, and business discussions with partners and customers
- You have a challenger mindset and are comfortable bringing a clear point of view, asking hard questions, and pushing toward better outcomes
- You are highly collaborative, but also able to operate independently, set priorities, and drive outcomes in a fast-moving environment
- You know how to move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution without losing momentum
- You bring executive presence, commercial rigor, and a bias toward action
- You are AI fluent and use AI responsibly in your day-to-day work to improve productivity, sharpen thinking, and model new ways of working for partners and internal teams
- You hold a valid work authorisation to work in Australia
We are “1% done” but have big plans for Klaviyo in APAC. Our Sydney team began to take shape throughout 2022 and has now built out our go to market teams in sales, customer success, services, partnerships, marketing, employee experience and product support. We opened our Singapore Hub in late 2025 and are scaling fast. As the team grows we will see a continued expansion of Klaviyo’s customer base and the building of a fantastic working culture in line with what we see elsewhere in Klaviyo but with its own local identity within our Sydney based team. Our salary range reflects the cost of labour in the country where the job post is advertised. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.
In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.

This role may require up to 10% travel for purposes such as new hire onboarding, client or partner work if applicable, team meetings, and industry events. Travel is coordinated in advance.
