  • Advise Engineering, Product, and GTS leaders on financial implications of strategic decisions, including long-term planning, investment tradeoffs, and resource allocation.
  • Build and maintain flexible financial models for R&D headcount planning, capitalized software tracking, scenario planning, and ad-hoc analyses.
  • Translate product strategy and roadmap decisions into clear financial implications and actionable insights for business partners.
  • Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and cost drivers through data-driven insights across R&D investments.
  • Build financial models and business cases for major product initiatives, platform investments, and build vs. buy decisions.
  • Analyze cloud spend efficiency and identify infrastructure cost optimization opportunities.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent storyteller with deep strategic thinking, analytical, and financial modeling skills.
  • Attention to detail with passion for achieving a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate financial concepts for non-financial audiences.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Passionate about innovation and scaling technology organizations.
  • Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, and/or Google Suite.
  • Experience working with financial tools (e.g., Pigment, Adaptive, Planful, NetSuite, ERP/BI integrations).
