Facilities Maintenance Assistant

Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operation products, is searching for a Full Time Facilities Maintenance Assistant for our Columbus, OH location.

• →Performs all tasks related to warehouse and office cosmetic improvements including but not limited to:
  • →Painting of floors, walls, and trim
  • →Wall mounting of pictures, shelves, clocks, etc.
  • →Mowing grass/Shoveling snow
  • →Trimming weeds
  • →Removing trash from around the building
• →Shuts off gas, water, and electric supply in the case of an emergency
• →Performs monthly inspections of all fire extinguishers in accordance with company guidelines
• →Completes items from the maintenance checklist daily
• →Ensures the detailed cleanliness of the warehouse and office

• The ability to wear safety equipment as provided by management
• The ability to adapt to varying environmental condition
• The ability to lift object up to 50 pounds.

This is a Monday- Friday role. No Weekends! The hours are 2:30pm-11:00pm
