Kitchen Helper

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Helper to join our team. As a Kitchen Helper, you will assist in the preparation and cooking of food, maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and support the overall functioning of the kitchen.

Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation, such as washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients.

Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.

Ensure all food preparation areas are kept clean and organized.

Dispose of garbage and clean kitchen floors and surfaces regularly.

Store food supplies properly and assist with inventory management.

Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a sanitary workspace.

Support in receiving and organizing kitchen deliveries.

Perform additional tasks as required by the Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.

• Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods of time
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety guidelines
• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service setting is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast - paced, high - energy kitchen.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
