KnowledgeCity is seeking an execution-driven Program Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across a complex, multi-domain product program within our AI-native operating model. This role owns delivery outcomes - not just governance. The Program Delivery Manager is accountable for production deployments, release health, dependency resolution, delivery predictability, operational readiness, and quality governance across multiple interconnected product domains such as the KnowledgeCity LMS platform.

Operating at the intersection of delivery leadership, program governance, and product strategy, this role governs a team of Product Engineers - each owning their domain end-to-end - while driving cross-domain coordination, unblocking execution bottlenecks, and ensuring the program ships consistently, correctly, and at pace. PMI-aligned governance discipline is essential, but this role is measured by what ships to production and the impact it delivers - not by process adherence alone. This is a hands-on delivery leadership role requiring operational accountability, execution rigor, and the ability to resolve cross-domain complexity at speed. The Program Delivery Manager reports directly to the Head of Product.

Responsibilities

~3 min read
  • End-to-End Delivery Ownership: Own delivery outcomes across all product domains within the program. Drive execution velocity, maintain delivery cadence, enforce production readiness standards, and hold the team accountable to shipping production-ready work consistently. Delivery predictability is a primary KPI.
  • Cross-Domain Dependency Resolution: Identify, track, and actively resolve cross-domain dependencies before they become blockers. Maintain a live dependency register. Coordinate directly with Product Engineers, Engineering, and DevOps to clear integration blockers, resolve interface conflicts, and keep all workstreams moving in parallel.
  • Release Governance & Deployment Health: Define and govern release readiness criteria across all domains. Own deployment quality standards, release stability thresholds, rollback protocols, and post-deploy validation requirements. Monitor deployment health after every production release and ensure issues are resolved within defined SLAs.
  • Production Readiness & Quality Governance: Ensure every product domain operates at production readiness at all times - no half-finished features, no unvalidated deployments, no documentation gaps. Govern the Definition of Done across the program and enforce the 8-gate quality checklist for every delivery.
  • Operational Cadence & Delivery Rhythm: Own the program's operational cadence - weekly delivery reviews, dependency syncs, risk reviews, and release planning. Establish rhythms that keep all domains aligned, all blockers visible, and all stakeholders informed without overhead.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Escalation Management: Serve as the primary escalation point for cross-domain execution issues. Translate delivery status, risks, and blockers into clear, concise executive communications. Facilitate program board sessions and steering committee reviews. Track and improve stakeholder satisfaction as a measurable program outcome.
  • Program Risk & Issue Management: Implement and maintain a structured RAID register (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies). Lead proactive risk identification, assessment, response planning, and escalation. Maintain risk visibility at program board level at all times.
  • Value Stream Management & Operational Scalability: Own and manage the program value stream - mapping flow from discovery through deployment, eliminating bottlenecks, improving operational scalability, and tracking customer outcome metrics and adoption data to confirm that delivery is generating measurable business value.
  • Program Governance & Benefits Realization: Establish and maintain program governance aligned with PMI standards - program charter, governance board cadence, escalation paths, decision rights, and benefits realization tracking. Governance exists to accelerate delivery, not to slow it down.
  • Product-Led Delivery Leadership: Lead the team of Product Engineers with accountability for their delivery performance, quality standards, and professional growth. Own product lifecycle governance - from strategic product direction and roadmap alignment through release, adoption, and continuous improvement across all domains.
  • Organizational Change Management (OCM): Lead organizational change management activities - including stakeholder impact assessments, change readiness planning, communication strategies, and adoption measurement for new product capabilities.
  • AI-Enabled Delivery Execution: Direct the full suite of AI agents (Developer, QA Engineer, UX Designer, Product Strategist, DevOps, Document Writer, Architect, Chief Orchestrator) for cross-domain program-level work. Set the AI-native delivery standard for the team and lead by example.

Requirements

~1 min read
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in program delivery, engineering delivery management, or enterprise program management - with hands-on ownership of cross-team delivery outcomes in a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving delivery velocity, resolving cross-domain dependencies, and shipping complex multi-component programs on schedule and at production quality.
  • Proven experience establishing delivery governance frameworks, release management processes, and operational cadences in a high-velocity product organization.
  • Background in product management, product ownership, or product-led delivery - with the ability to bridge delivery execution, strategic product thinking, and business outcome accountability.
  • Hands-on experience with dependency management, cross-functional coordination, and unblocking execution bottlenecks across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Demonstrated experience managing executive stakeholder relationships and communicating delivery status, risks, and escalations with clarity and urgency at leadership level.
  • Experience with value stream management, release governance, deployment health monitoring, and production readiness standards in enterprise product delivery.
  • Experience with AI-assisted delivery tools and operating in a product-led, AI-native organizational model is a strong advantage.
  • Background in SaaS, EdTech, or enterprise platform delivery strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline required. Master's degree preferred.

  • PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • PMOCP (PMO Certified Practitioner)
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Product Management certification.
  • Delivery ownership: strong bias for execution - you measure yourself by what ships to production, not by process compliance or planning artifacts.
  • Dependency resolution: proactive, structured approach to identifying and eliminating cross-domain blockers before they stall delivery.
  • Release governance: ability to define, enforce, and continuously improve release readiness criteria, deployment quality standards, and post-deploy validation protocols.
  • Execution predictability: track record of establishing delivery rhythms that keep teams aligned, blockers visible, and stakeholders informed at all times.
  • Product leadership: strategic product thinking, product lifecycle governance, and business outcome orientation - the ability to lead product-led delivery teams with autonomy and direction.
  • Operational accountability: owns what ships, owns what breaks, owns what is late - no deflection, no blame-shifting, no governance theater.
  • Value stream thinking: ability to map, measure, and optimize the full delivery flow from discovery to customer adoption and measurable business impact.
  • Program governance: mastery of PMI-aligned governance frameworks - charter development, RAID management, benefits realization planning, and steering committee facilitation.
  • Executive communication: concise, data-driven, and outcome-oriented - whether in a program board, a written status update, or a cross-functional alignment session.
  • AI-enabled execution: comfortable directing AI agents as delivery force-multipliers across product, engineering, QA, and documentation functions.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, is mandatory for effective communication with partners and clients.
