Partner with sales to understand client requirements and design technical solutions.

Conduct discovery sessions to assess client workflows, automation opportunities, and integration requirements.

Serve as a subject matter expert on Kognitos’ platform capabilities, integrations, and AI-driven automation solutions.

Provide feedback to Product and Engineering on customer requirements and potential product improvements.

Support post-sales handoff to ensure smooth implementation and customer success.

Recruit, Enable and Support Kognitos Channel Partners
Requirements
~1 min readBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
Previous experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or in a pre-sales technical role, ideally in AI automation, SaaS, or enterprise software.
Strong technical background, with proficiency in Python and experience with APIs or automation platforms (Blue Prism, Mulesoft, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.).
Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience managing multiple opportunities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Startup experience is a plus, demonstrating adaptability and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
