Key Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to): 

• Assist with packaging and handling of seed products, including bagging and tote filling.
• Operate and monitor conveyor belt systems to ensure efficient material flow.
• Fill tote bags with seed while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
• Secure tote bags by properly tying and sealing them.
• Apply banding to packaged products for secure transportation and storage.
• Support loading operations by assisting with the safe and efficient loading of trucks.
• Assist in the seed treatment process, following proper procedures and safety guidelines.
• Operate a pallet jack to transport materials within the warehouse.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse and yard, ensuring a safe working environment.

Skills and Qualifications: 

• Class 5 Driver's License required; Class 3 or Class 1 considered an asset
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment
• Basic understanding of seed handling, packaging, and treatment process
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (over 50lbs) on a regular basis
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
