Are you a commercially driven hunter with a merchant’s heart and a deep understanding of the German SME market? Do you want to swap "old-school banking" for a high-growth neobank where your impact is immediate?
We are looking for a native-level German speaker to join our sales team in Vedbæk and drive the commercial and advisory growth of our Transaction Banking (TxB) solutions (payments, FX and accounts) in Germany.
You might not know us yet, but the industry does. We are a cloud-native neobank and a "growth enabler" for the 25 million European SMEs that traditional banks have been underserved for decades.

Germany is a massive market, and we are just getting started. As our new Relationship Manager, your mission is to help us build and scale our presence. You won't be a "clerk" filling out forms; you will be a front-line advisor and the commercial face of kompasbank in Germany.
We are looking for a profile that is highly sales-oriented and commercially minded. You are not a "pre-sales" person who hands over the lead – you are the advisor who closes the deal and manages the relationship.
Responsibilities
~1 min readYou will join our experienced sales team and report directly to Head of Direct SME and Deposit Sales, Henrik Larsen. While we have dedicated experts owning the TxB product itself, your job is to drive the advisory and the sales execution.
- →Hunt & Onboard: Identify, reach out to, and onboard German SME customers. You own the commercial process from the first "Guten Tag" to the final handshake.
- →Be a Merchant, not just a Banker: Act as a trusted advisor, understanding the DNA of your clients' businesses and showing them how our TxB solutions create value.
- →Collaborate: Work closely with our product owners to ensure that the feedback you get from German clients helps shape the future of our platform.
- Native-level German: You speak and write German fluently and professionally (this is a non-negotiable requirement). Your English is also sharp.
- The "Hunter" Gene: You thrive in a fast-paced environment where execution is key. You don’t wait for the phone to ring; you make it ring.
- Commercial Edge: You have experience in relationship management, sales, or advisory within fintech or corporate banking. You know how to build trust and close a deal.
