~1 min readWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive People Operations Specialist to support our growing workforce across global regions, with primary coverage aligned to the India (IST) time zone.
This role is critical in ensuring seamless HR operations, delivering a high-quality employee experience, and supporting scalable people processes. As the People Operations team expands its scope from People Business Partners (PBPs), this position will play a key role in driving operational excellence and consistency across the entire Hire-to-Retire employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
~1 min readManage day-to-day HR operations and maintain accurate employee records across HR systems (e.g., Workday).
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely updates across all platforms.
Own end-to-end employee lifecycle processes from hire to retire, including onboarding, internal movements, and offboarding.
Deliver a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires in the IST/APAC region.
