Member Quality Associate

As we transition from a service-oriented model to a product-driven platform, we are expanding our hybrid Bengaluru based team. We are looking for a Member Quality Associate to contribute to our mission by improving our member validation systems and providing excellent data quality to our clients. 

How You’ll Make an Impact: 

• Execute and scale validation to drive a better onboarding experience for panel members
• Maintain communication with Panel and Operations to enhance data cleanliness in member profiles
• Enhance investigation strategy to improve data cleanliness at the project level
• Ensure alignment across teams by clearly communicating priorities, scope, and expected outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve how work flows through Konovo’s systems. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• High attention to detail, balanced with an understanding of broader system and business impact.
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-changing environment while navigating challenges collaboratively.  
• Fluent (speaking, reading, writing) in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams 
• Strong customer instinct. You can clearly and confidently communicate data issues, validation decisions, and next steps to internal teams or clients while maintaining trust and a high standard of quality.
