Job Duties may include:


  • Deliver accurate and timely client tax information.
  • Prepare complex returns with little supervision.
  • Assist with supervising and training staff
  • Meeting all client service and compliance deadlines. Providing tax expertise to address client needs.
  • Maintains current and increases knowledge of subject matter:  Federal and state tax laws, regulatory and compliance requirements, and tax planning techniques.  Takes personal responsibility for career development.
  • Work with other department staff to provide seamless client service.


Qualifications/Desired Skills:


  • At least 5 years of recent public accounting experience with an emphasis in tax
  • Able to work in a multi-task environment, managing multiple priorities while delivering results
  • Strong working knowledge of fiduciary tax return preparation and processing in a high volume environment
  • Exercises sound judgment in decision-making, taking into consideration managing risk and compliance with internal policies and procedures
  • Demonstrated oral, written and presentation communication skills
  • BA/BS with a major in accounting  & CPA required
