Build trusted relationships with business and project stakeholders, enabling clear decision‑making and transparent progress across KPMG networks.
Drive discovery phases, shape business cases, and assess risks, benefits, and impacts to influence strategic direction.
Map current and future-state processes, identify improvements, and optimise technology utilisation.
Elicit, validate and document business and solution requirements—creating functional specs, wireframes, guides, and more.
Run workshops, support testing, and ensure seamless transition of solutions into BAU, including training and knowledge transfer.

Strong experience as a senior Business Analyst, ideally with leadership responsibilities.
The confidence to influence at all levels and partner with diverse stakeholders.
Proven ability to use data, insights, and structured analysis to shape decisions.
A passion for continuous improvement—always looking for smarter, better ways of working.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to simplify complexity for clear outcomes.
