Digital Consulting is a collaborative team that helps organisations use technology to transform the way they work and serve their customers. We design and deliver innovative digital solutions that improve efficiency, enable growth, and manage risk.

As a Graduate in our Digital Consulting team, you’ll join a fast‑growing practice with strong global connections, working on meaningful projects across New Zealand while learning from experienced consultants and building your digital career at KPMG.

Partner with client teams to help deliver workshops, meetings and project activities, gaining real‑world consulting experience.

Learn how Consulting services are delivered by supporting engagement reviews across various service lines.

Contribute to risk management and governance processes, including capturing key insights and supporting decision‑making.

Support the planning and delivery of consulting engagements, helping shape work programmes and project milestones.

Engage with clients to gather feedback and understand what great consulting looks like in practice.

Get involved in business development by supporting proposals and attending networking events to build your professional network.

Are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Level 7 equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Software Development, Information Science, Business Information Systems, Information Management or another quantitative field, with strong academic performance.
