Category Manager - FMCG

We also offer Dynamic Friday Hours, giving colleagues the opportunity to flex their time and finish early on a Friday, where the role allows.

We’re looking for a confident and collaborative Category Manager to join our Marketing function and help shape the future of snacking across High Street, Forecourts, and Convenience. In this role, you’ll develop insight-led category solutions that grow the category and strengthen KP Snacks’ physical availability. You’ll bring the voice of the customer into our business, championing shopper needs and guiding our decision-making.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across Category, Sales and Marketing to deliver strategic category plans, embed our Impulse Category Vision and support the development of customer‑facing materials. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact in a fast‑paced, supportive environment and to help drive our mission to bring great‑tasting snacks to more people, in more moments.

• Skilled in interpreting data, identifying opportunities and quickly turning insight into clear commercial recommendations

• Confident working with Nielsen, Circana, or similar platforms

• Comfortable managing multiple data sources with exceptional attention to detail

• Able to influence at all levels, present with ease and build productive internal and external partnerships in a collaborative way

• Able to juggle multiple customers and projects while staying focused on strategic goals

• Knowledge of High Street, Forecourts & Convenience is highly desirable

• Bring an energetic and positive attitude in all that you do
