About the Role

Working closely with hiring managers, Human Resources colleagues and the wider Talent Acquisition team, you will deliver an exceptional recruitment experience from attraction through to onboarding. You'll act as a trusted recruitment partner, providing expert advice, building strong talent pipelines and ensuring every candidate interaction reflects our Values and employer brand.

Requirements

Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and partnering with hiring managers to deliver successful hiring outcomes in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a manufacturing business.Sourcing and attraction capability
Proven experience attracting and sourcing candidates through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, online job boards and proactive talent pooling approaches.Strong stakeholder management skills
The ability to build trusted relationships, influence effectively and coach hiring managers to make informed recruitment decisions and deliver great candidate experiences.Organisation and attention to detail
Strong planning skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and data integrity.Continuous improvement mindset A proactive approach to problem solving, simplifying processes and identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment activity.
