Janitor/Custodial Technician

The Janitor is responsible for maintaining the exceptional cleanliness, organization, and safety of the high-end, luxury home furniture upholstery factory. This role ensures that all production areas, offices, and common spaces reflect the high-quality standards of our brand, contributing to a professional and safe working environment.
Responsibilities
~1 min readHigh School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Proven experience in a custodial or janitorial role, preferably in a manufacturing, high-end, or luxury environment.
Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, proper disposal methods, and safety procedures.
Must have completed the following training Bloodborne Pathogen, Hazard Communication, SDS and PPE per OSHA safety protocols. Recertification can be provided by Tomlinson Directional LLC.
Must pass criminal background check and drug testing.
Must be able to work thoughtfully and thoroughly with continuous attention to detail.
A strong work ethic and friendly attitude, with the ability to be a team player, and stay self-motivated.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
This position reports to the Plant Manager.

Requirements
