In this role, you will represent a world-class portfolio of brands, including Kravet, Lee Jofa, Brunschwig & Fils, and Donghia.
Full-time sales position in a fast paced interior design showroom!
Responsibilities

Consultative Selling: Identify designer needs to suggest and sell curated product solutions across all categories (textiles, furniture, wallcoverings, carpet and lighting).

Inspirational Presentation: Present luxury products in a professional, compelling, and inspirational manner that aligns with each brand’s unique aesthetic.

Account Management: Diligently follow up on open quotes and leads to maximize conversion and achieve showroom sales goals.

Business Development: Conduct regular outreach to reactivate dormant accounts and identify new target customer groups to drive territory growth.

Digital Excellence: Utilize our CRM and proprietary systems to log interactions, manage order statuses, and provide seamless customer service.

Work with road reps on partnership accounts and closely with a small showroom team.
Requirements
~1 min readIndustry Expertise: Working experience or formal education in Interior Design is highly preferred.
Sales Hunter Mentality: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, specifically in custom home design products (furniture, carpet, etc.).
Relationship Builder: Natural ability to build long-term client trust and provide "white-glove" customer service.
Tech-Fluent: Comfortable using CRM systems and digital platforms to manage a high-volume workflow.
Organizational Mastery: Strong time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
