About Us:

Kurtosys builds digital and reporting platforms used by global asset and wealth managers to communicate performance, risk, and investment information. We operate in a high-trust, data-intensive environment where accuracy, clarity, and scale matter.

Our product function is moving fast. We ship new capabilities frequently and we are building the systems to ensure those capabilities actually land: that internal teams understand them, can communicate them confidently, and that clients adopt them quickly. This role owns that work.

The Opportunity:

The Product Content & Enablement Specialist ensures that every capability Kurtosys ships is clearly understood, consistently communicated, and actively adopted. You will work closely with Product Managers to translate product knowledge into learning materials, internal communications, and structured education content, then drive that content with our internal marketing team, to every audience that needs it.

This is an autonomous role. You will build and govern the product education system from the ground up, own the internal launch communication process, and create content for both internal teams and clients. You will not be handed a brief and asked to execute it. You will define the approach and own the outcome.

What you will do

  • Build and govern the Product Education Hub: the single source of truth for all platform capabilities, organised by capability and maintained as a living system.
  • Create education content across formats: videos, written guides, FAQs, release communications, and structured training courses for internal and client audiences.
  • Own the pre-release internal briefing process: ensure Sales, Client Services, Marketing, and Support are aligned and ready before any significant capability goes live.
  • Drive the inside-out rollout model from internal alignment through to adoption push.
  • Build purpose-built training courses for defined personas in partnership with Product Managers.
  • Track adoption signals and content usage, and feed structured insights back to Product and Marketing.

What success looks like

  • Internal teams can speak confidently about new capabilities without escalating to a Product Manager.
  • Clients adopt new features faster because clear, accessible education exists at launch.
  • Every product release lands with materials, briefed teams, and a communication plan already in place.
  • The Education Hub becomes the first place people go when they have a product question.

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience creating product education or enablement content (videos, guides, training courses) in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong written communication skills: able to make complex product capabilities clear and accessible for non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable scripting, recording, and editing product walkthrough videos.
  • Autonomous and organised: able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and maintain a structured knowledge system over time.
  • Confident working across Product, Sales, Client Services, and Marketing to coordinate launches.

Nice to have

  • Experience in financial services, asset management, or a regulated industry.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems or product education platforms.
  • Experience with go-to-market or product launch communications.

What you will get:

  • Ownership of a function being built from scratch, with direct influence on how the organisation communicates its product.
  • Close collaboration with a product team that is shipping at pace and values the work of making that output land.
  • A team that values clear thinking, high standards, and work that creates measurable outcomes.

Benefits:

  • Hybrid working environment
  • Flexible work hours
  • Generous leave policy
  • Employee wellbeing program
  • Ongoing staff appreciation events
  • Access to learning platforms
  • Working with experts across the globe
  • Opportunity to work with leading organizations
  • End-to-end project ownership from sale to delivery
  • Direct impact on product development and improvement
  • Collaborative, forward-thinking team environment
  • Professional development opportunities in both technical and client-facing skills
