Sr Associate, Food and Beverage Commercial Programs

The 2028 Games mark the return of the Summer Games to the U.S. for the first time in 32 years and Los Angeles’ third time hosting an Olympic Games and first time welcoming the Paralympic Games. This presents the unique and exciting opportunity to celebrate our legacy with the Games and push the Olympic and Paralympic Movements forward, writing a new chapter of Games history in Los Angeles.

The Sr. Associate Food & Beverage Commercial Programs (FNB) will play a critical role in the successful planning and execution of the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games. This position sits within the Food & Beverage Commercial Strategy vertical, reporting to the Director of F&B Commercial Strategy, and is intended to assist in the coordination and implementation of food and beverage commercial programs. 

This is a fast-paced, collaborative role best suited for someone who enjoys details, clarity and precision in communication, completing tasks in a measurable way, and supporting project execution across multiple fronts. The Sr. Associate will directly support the F&B Commercial Strategy team to ensure that our commercial programs are effectively tracked, analyzed, communicated, and executed. 

The role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in large-scale event planning, with visibility into multiple functional areas across Games Logistics & Services, Sport & Games Delivery, and Technology.

• →Excellent data analysis, presentation preparation skills, and attention to detail. 

• →Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. 

• →Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.  

• →Working knowledge of project management tools (SmartSheet experience is a plus)  

• →Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Loop) for presentations, reports and information gathering. 

• →Passion for sports, large-scale events, or the Olympic and Paralympic movement is a bonus! 

The annual base salary range for this position is $73,000- $98,000.The pay scale provided is the range that LA28 reasonably expects to pay as starting base compensation for this role. All LA28 compensation remains subject to final determination based on individual candidate qualifications, experience, or other reasonable criteria consistent with LA28’s operational business needs and applicable law.
