Customer Service Representative
Location: Remote — Philippines (collaborating daily with the U.S. team)

Help keep customer communication smooth and operations running efficiently. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll support scheduling, manage customer inquiries, and help ensure every service interaction is organized, accurate, and professional.

What you’ll do

  • Customer communication & support: Serve as the first point of contact for customers through phone, email, and text. Respond promptly to inquiries, appointment requests, and service concerns with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Scheduling & calendar management: Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments while maintaining an accurate and organized service calendar. Coordinate appointment logistics and ensure technicians have the information they need before each visit.
  • Service coordination & follow-up: Review technician notes, process follow-up actions, and monitor appointment reminders to ensure customers stay informed and service requests are completed properly.
  • Reporting & administrative support: Maintain organized customer records, update account notes, and identify scheduling conflicts or missing information before they impact operations.
  • Process improvement & teamwork: Help improve scheduling workflows, escalate issues appropriately, and collaborate closely with operations and management teams to support smooth day-to-day execution.

What you’ll bring

  • 1–2+ years of experience in customer service, scheduling, administrative support, or a similar operations-focused role.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Comfort using scheduling systems, CRM platforms, Google Workspace, and other business tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities, and stay calm under pressure.
  • Availability to work during U.S. Central Time business hours (Monday–Friday).
