Recruiter

The Recruiter serves as a key ambassador for the company, representing the organization to candidates, prospective employees, schools, and community partners. This role works closely with managers to understand staffing needs, review open positions, and develop effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified applicants.

The Recruiter is responsible for advertising and promoting job opportunities, sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and evaluating skills, experience, and cultural fit before presenting candidates to hiring managers. This position also supports broader recruitment efforts, including participation in career fairs, outreach to high schools and trade schools, and coordination with outside recruiting partners as needed.
