Sales and lead sourcing: Acquire and onboard business users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads, and ensuring weekly sales targets are achieved

Negotiation and closing of deals: Lead contract negotiations to establish a strong working relationship with our local partners, and to ensure economic sustainability and mutual growth of the partnership

Sales operations: Ensure Standard Operating Procedures and Policies are implemented in a timely and accurate manner

Brand ambassador: Become the face of Lalamove when engaging local partners to promote our services and values

Generate New Business Revenue as per Targets

Drive new business prospecting throughout the Territory/VM Assigned

Special/ad-hoc projects will be assigned by Line Manager/ Department Manager

Phát triển & Khai thác khách hàng: Tìm kiếm, tiếp cận và phát triển kênh khách hàng doanh nghiệp mới; duy trì phễu khách hàng tiềm năng để đảm bảo hoàn thành chỉ tiêu doanh số hàng tuần.

Đàm phán & Chốt hợp đồng: Trực tiếp thương lượng, ký kết hợp đồng với các đối tác địa phương nhằm xây dựng mối quan hệ hợp tác lâu dài, hiệu quả và cùng tăng trưởng.

Vận hành kinh doanh: Đảm bảo thực thi chuẩn xác và kịp thời các quy trình và chính sách vận hành của công ty.

Đại diện thương hiệu: Là hình ảnh đại diện của Lalamove khi làm việc với đối tác, góp phần quảng bá dịch vụ và giá trị thương hiệu.

Thúc đẩy doanh thu: Đạt và vượt chỉ tiêu doanh thu từ nguồn khách hàng mới theo mục tiêu đề ra.

Mở rộng thị trường: Chủ động tìm kiếm và phát triển cơ hội kinh doanh mới trên địa bàn / khu vực được giao.

Dự án phát sinh: Thực hiện các dự án đặc biệt hoặc nhiệm vụ đột xuất theo phân công của Quản lý trực tiếp / Trưởng bộ phận.

Bachelor/ College's degree, preferably in marketing or business related subjects;

Min 2 years solid experience in business development or sales within logistics or a fast-paced and related industry;

Outstanding presentation & communications skills;

Able to work independently and work under tight deadlines;

Proficiency in written Vietnamese & English;

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Self motivated, proactive, take ownership and personal responsibility;

Hard working & friendly team player, enthusiastic and adaptable;

Tốt nghiệp Đại học / Cao đẳng, ưu tiên chuyên ngành Marketing, Quản trị Kinh doanh hoặc các ngành liên quan.

Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm thực chiến về Phát triển Kinh doanh hoặc Sales trong ngành Logistics hoặc các môi trường có tốc độ phát triển nhanh.

Kỹ năng giao tiếp và thuyết trình xuất sắc.

Thành thạo tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt (nghe, nói, đọc, viết).

Kỹ năng MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Có khả năng làm việc độc lập,chủ động, có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao và làm chủ công việc.

Chăm chỉ, hòa đồng, năng nổ và thích ứng nhanh với môi trường năng động.
