Store Manager (Cologne) - (m/f/d)

We are a small but mighty team serving coffee from our stores in Berlin, Munich and Hamburg and soon in Cologne as we rapidly expand across Germany. We're looking for a Store Manager in Cologne to work directly with our leadership team and support our launch in the city.

As a Store Manager at LAP Coffee, you will be instrumental in the success of our brand in the city, where we aim to become our customers' everyday coffee place. If you are looking to join at an exciting time and have tons of ownership, impact and visibility, this is the place for you.

  At least 2-3 years of leadership experience in hospitality or retail (Shift-Lead, Head Barista, Junior Manager, F&B Manager), with a strong track record in team scaling, inventory, and supply chain management. Coffee industry experience is a plus.

  Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills under pressure.

  Proven ability to spot growth opportunities, test ideas, and execute within tight budgets.
