Conduct fiberglass repairs and other specialized tasks,when required. Maintain tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail. Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns. Utilize critical thinking skills to assess damage and determine appropriate repair methods.   Job Qualifications & Requirements: Experience as a body shop technician  2-5 years preferred Welding experience. Proficient in using a wide range of tools and equipment for truck assessment and repair. Excellent manual dexterity with the ability to work on small parts and in confined spaces. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Effective customer service and communication skills.
