With your keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing inventory processes and supporting various departments to achieve operational excellence.   Job Duties: Verify and document parts deliveries accurately Maintain meticulous inventory records Coordinate effectively with vendors and suppliers Ensure strict adherence to company policies and safety regulations Proactively monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages Assist in scheduling and coordinating maintenance tasks Perform any additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management   Job Qualifications & Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in parts/inventory management At least 1 year of administrative experience Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills Good written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service   Physical Requirements:  Must be able to pass post offer drug test, physical and lift tests   Who We Are: Velocity Truck Rental and Leasing is a rapidly growing, employee and customer focused company, servicing the Commercial Truck Rental and Full-Service Lease markets across the U.S. Southwest and Southeast regions and in Canada.  With over 3,000 company trucks in our local markets plus the support of NationaLease across the country we have proven to be a premier partner.
