  Manage a portfolio of civil litigation matters, focusing on:

  • →

    Advising clients in civil disputes with another party

  • →

    Drafting letters before action

  • →

    Drafting and filing different types of claims

  • →

    Instructing barristers/advocates on behalf of clients involved in litigated matters

• →

  Manage cases from commencement all the way through to conclusion.

• →

  Advise clients on legal merits, potential outcomes, and next steps.

• Hands on experience in Civil Dispute/Litigation matters

• Excellent organisational skills to manage a high volume caseload

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively

• Empathy and patience when dealing with questions

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Highly motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

   

• Interest in AI and how it can be used to improve the legal system

• Prior experience working in a technology company or start-up
