Bookkeeper (Work From Home – Canadian Company)

Company: Beyond Landscaping (North Vancouver, BC, Canada) Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Remote (Philippines-based) We’re a growing landscaping company in Canada looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our remote team. You’ll be helping us manage day-to-day accounting tasks and financial reporting to keep everything running smoothly. What You’ll Do -Handle daily bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online (QBO) -Record invoices, expenses, and payments accurately -Reconcile bank, credit card, and vendor accounts -Track payroll data, employee reimbursements, and deductions -Maintain organized digital records for audits and reporting -Prepare monthly reports and financial summaries for management -Assist with vendor statements and communication with suppliers Qualifications -At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting -Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO) -Understanding of basic accounting principles (debits, credits, journal entries) -Excellent attention to detail and accuracy -Good communication and organizational skills -Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines -Experience with Canadian payroll or bookkeeping Work Hours Remote | Monday–Friday Must be available during Canadian business hours (PST) What We Offer -Competitive monthly pay (depending on experience) -Long-term, stable role in a growing company -Supportive team and positive work culture Please send your resume, your QuickBooks Online experience summary, and a short voice or video introduction (1–2 minutes) about yourself and your bookkeeping experience.
