As one of our trusted installation partners, you'll install high-quality residential roofing systems while working alongside an experienced project management team committed to your success.

• →Install residential roofing systems according to manufacturer specifications and company quality standards.
• →Maintain strict compliance with all current OSHA safety regulations and jobsite safety practices.
• →Work closely with our Project Managers to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.
• →Communicate effectively with homeowners and our internal team to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

To be considered, your crew must have:

• General Liability Insurance
• Workers' Compensation Insurance
• Current Certificate of Insurance (COI)
• A reliable truck and all necessary roofing tools and equipment
• Ability to operate throughout our service territory surrounding Altoona
• Commitment to OSHA compliance and safe work practices
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality workmanship
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• 3+ years of roofing management experience
• 4+ years of construction experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Willingness to travel throughout the service area (up to 90%)

• Full-Time
• Day Shift
• Monday-Friday
• Saturdays and Sundays needed (mandatory during peak production)
