We’re looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Leap29!

Leap29 is a global recruitment solutions provider, established for over 25 years. With a team of 50+, we deliver specialist recruitment services worldwide from our head office in South Manchester.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running a dual desk, managing both permanent and contract recruitment across the UK cyber security market
• Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to placement
• Building long‑term, trusted relationships with candidates and clients
• Owning your desk like a mini business, with full autonomy and support
• Identifying and winning new business opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience within a 360-recruitment role
• OR business development experience within tech or a related field
• Proven ability to manage clients and recruitment processes independently
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with autonomy and accountability
• Ambitious, driven, and motivated to build something long‑term
