At Ledger, we’re proud to be the global platform for digital assets and Web3, with over 20% of the world’s crypto assets secured through our Ledger devices. The Ledger Wallet application is where users can manage their wallet, visualize and grow their portfolio of assets, but also where they can enjoy, with the highest degree of secure connectivity, a large span of services competing for their customership, such as buying or selling crypto, staking, trading, or choosing among crypto cards, subscription programs and other stablecoin-based products.

The Business Manager, Ledger Wallet will assist the EVP Consumer Services in his mission, own the Wallet consumers lifecycle from acquisition to engagement, bring consistency and maximize the impact of the BU towards hypergrowth by bringing clarity and coordination to all direct and indirect groups involved.

• Exceptional Quantitative & Strategic Acumen: Excellence in quantitative skills is key. You must demonstrate total mastery in strategy articulation, presentation skills, strategy definition assistance, P&L concepts, and a high-growth focus.

• Ability to work in a matrixed environment: Inspiring and leading execution across a highly matrixed organization through clear communication, competence, data, and influence to align all resources towards Business Unit goals. You won’t lead through a hierarchical structure, nor through seniority.

• Rigorous planning and time keeping: As for most businesses, time is more an enemy than an opportunity. You should be extremely organized and capable of exercising a strong influence on keeping the BU efforts ahead of plan and market evolutions.

• Proven success across an outstanding academic background, abstraction, and thinking skills through the most demanding and shaping organizations in the matter.

• Fluency in English: Although the role is based in Paris, French is not a prerequisite for either social or work life in our office.

• AI: Preexisting engagement and strong appetite for all what AI can bring is a must.
