1909 Gastropub in Old Town Temecula is seeking an Engaging, Experienced and Enthusiastic Craft Cocktail Bartender who is passionate about craft cocktails and providing an exceptional guest experience!

Bartender Expectations

This position requires a self-motivated, experienced, and guest experience focused person who strives on perfecting recipes and providing that "it" factor in every cocktail! We are looking for someone with the right personality, loves serving guests, and prides themselves on dedicating their time to providing an Exceptional Cocktail Experience! 

 REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years experience at a high-volume bar
• Minimum 3 year of craft cocktail and craft beer experience⠀
• Must be at least 21 years of age due to Liquor Licensing Requirements
• Excellent Communication skills
• Thrives and works well under pressure 
• Flexibility and willing to work shifts including nights, weekends, holidays and split shifts
  

Activities include, but are not limited to, walking or standing for 6 to 8 hours at a time, reaching, stooping, lifting or carrying 25 or more pounds, carrying, talking, sitting, able to wipe down bar, tabletops, chairs, and booths; able to pick up debris from floor; able to push vacuum or mop.

PAY

• Earn a base wage of $16.90/hour + tips, with the opportunity to maximize your tips depending on your shift, volume, and performance.

• We’re a high-energy, fast-paced restaurant with a steady flow of guests—so if you bring great service and hustle, the earning potential is strong every shift.
