Auto Body Refinish Technician

Levander’s Body Shop is seeking to hire an experienced Auto Body Refinish Technician at our entirely A/C climate-controlled collision center in Salina, Kansas! Hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. Levander's is a fast growing collision repair shop and we are looking for someone who is eager and willing to be a team player. Your focus will be the process of painting automobiles, after-market automobiles, motorcycles, light and medium-duty trucks and vans that are performed in auto body shops. We offer a respectful and enjoyable work environment, great compensation and generous benefits. Two years in auto repair training program or two years work experience in an auto body shop required.

Job Duties:

• Preparing metals and other materials for painting
• Buff paint imperfections
• Color matching and blending knowledge
• Apply primers, paints, and sealers 
• Follow quality standards to minimize defects
• Maintain painting tools and equipment
