Level99 is a sprawling playground designed for adults with over 50 life-sized mini-games where Players dodge axes, crack puzzles, and outsmart real-world challenges. Each game lasts about 1–4 minutes and is built for 2–6 people to play together. One ticket to Level99 unlocks access to all of our games including Challenge Rooms, Player-vs-Player duels, and an art scavenger hunt. We save your progress each time you play so you can earn rewards and climb our coveted leaderboard.

Alongside the games, Level99 offers a full-service bar and award-winning restaurant – featuring scratch-cooking, local craft beers, handmade cocktails, and a variety of event spaces. Level99 has locations in Natick, MA, Providence, RI, Tysons, VA, and is opening in West Hartford, CT, Disney Springs, FL, King of Prussia, PA, and Paramus, NJ. Guest Experience Associates are the life of Level99 and bring the fun! Associates are dedicated to showcasing the Level99 concept, delivering the ultimate in guest experience and developing relationships all while maintaining a fun, clean and safe environment. They are passionate about meeting guest needs before being asked, and are always promoting the Level99 brand. The Guest Experience Associates Team is made up of fun, funny, honest and caring individuals who have a true sense of urgency when it comes to our players and fellow Team Members.

Prioritizes the guest experience, by greeting guests, providing tours, answering questions, assisting with wayfinding and efficiently moving guests through lines and the check in process.

Helps with the upkeep, maintenance, cleanliness, and operations of the entertainment side of the venue.

Provides authentic, fun, approachable, and humble interpersonal interactions and shows up on time daily to provide best-in-class service.

Continuously upholds Level99 brand and visual standards across all parts of the business, including product, experience, display standards, as well as environmental cleanliness and organization.

Assists with operations, including shift tasks, POS functions, account creations & troubleshooting, cash handling, hands-on guest service, and proper facilities upkeep and daily cleaning.

Provides guests with the best value through sales techniques and recommendations.

Assists with venue opening and closing tasks as assigned.

Other duties, as assigned.

Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which will include days, nights, weekends and holidays. Friday and weekend availability a MUST.

Able to work eight hour-plus shifts, plus ability to stand, sit, squat or walk for extended periods of time, walk up and down stairs.

Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, ever changing work environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Understands, utilizes and embraces new technology and its implementation into our operation

A team player

A positive, joyful, upbeat and energetic attitude

Must be 18 years old or older, the legal age to handle alcohol

Minimum 1 year experience working directly with guests or customers.

Strong public speaking or performance experience

Retail Sales Associate experience preferred but not required.

While we don’t expect a candidate to have deep experience in all of the above, we’re looking for someone with the passion and capability to learn quickly in the areas that are new!
