Level Access is looking for a strategic, growth‑minded Senior Director of Corporate Marketing to define how our brand shows up in the market. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact leadership role responsible for shaping our company narrative, elevating our brand, and driving measurable business outcomes across awareness, engagement, and pipeline!

Responsibilities

  • Company Narrative & Brand Messaging: Define and operationalize a clear, differentiated story that unifies all product and solution messaging.
  • Brand & Creative Expression: Lead visual identity, tone of voice, and creative standards across all channels, setting detailed creative strategy and serving as the final approver for brand, design, and creative execution.
  • Content, Communications & Thought Leadership: Oversee content strategy, PR, social, and executive insight to strengthen brand presence and credibility.
  • Findability & Modern Discovery: Ensure our story is discoverable across search, AI‑driven platforms, and community ecosystems.
  • AI Strategy & Content Innovation: Introduce AI‑enabled workflows to scale content creation, personalization, and efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and oversee multiple team members across Content, Communications, and Creative, providing hands‑on creative direction, clear prioritization, and high‑quality feedback to elevate the work.
  • Cross‑Functional Leadership: Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Web, Sales, and executives to ensure consistent storytelling across the buyer journey.
  • Measurement & Optimization: Build frameworks that connect brand activity to engagement, pipeline, and revenue impact.
  • Creative Strategy & Approval: Own end‑to‑end creative strategy and act as the senior creative decision‑maker, reviewing, guiding, and approving major brand, design, and campaign work to ensure quality, consistency, and impact.
  • A unified, widely adopted company narrative and brand messaging framework
  • Elevated brand quality and consistency across all channels
  • Stronger media presence, executive visibility, and thought leadership
  • Improved discoverability across search, AI platforms, and community channels
  • A scaled multi‑channel social presence that drives sustained engagement
  • Clear reporting that ties corporate marketing to pipeline and revenue growth
  • A clear, elevated creative point of view reflected in consistently high‑quality brand, design, and campaign execution

Requirements

  • 10+ years in corporate marketing, brand, communications, or content leadership (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Proven experience owning and scaling a corporate marketing or brand function
  • Strong background in brand strategy and creative direction, with prior experience as a designer or in a role deeply embedded with design and creative teams
  • Experience with modern discovery strategies (SEO, AEO, GEO)
  • Familiarity with AI‑driven content workflows and marketing innovation
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate across teams
  • Strong editorial judgment, creative sensibility, and a data‑driven outlook
