Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Oversee end-to-end employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring timely completion of documentation and smooth integration into the organization
- →Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems (e.g., Rippling), ensuring data integrity and compliance
- →Administer payroll inputs, benefits, and leave management, coordinating with insurance brokers and ensuring accuracy
- →Champion employee engagement initiatives — milestone recognition, wellness activities, and team events — bringing high energy and genuine enthusiasm to foster a positive workplace culture
- →Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances, providing empathetic, timely resolution and support
- →Act as a true culture champion — someone employees naturally gravitate toward, who promotes organizational values, inclusion, and a collaborative environment
- →Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, feedback processes, and employee engagement surveys to support continuous improvement
- →Assist in training and development initiatives, including scheduling, logistics, and tracking participation
- →Manage exit processes, including conducting exit interviews, preparing documentation, and ensuring smooth full-and-final settlements
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration (MBA in HR preferred)
- 3+ years of HR generalist / HR operations experience, ideally including time at a startup or high-growth company
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — a genuine "people person" who builds trust easily and connects well across all levels of the organization
- High energy, empathetic, and approachable, with a natural ability to make employees feel heard and supported
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity
- Ability to work from Noida office 2–3 times per week
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced, high-growth environment (strongly preferred)
- Track record of building or driving employee engagement programs from the ground up
- Hands-on experience with HR software (Rippling)
- Certification in HR (SHRM, NIPM, etc.)
