Position Overview

The Social Media Manager will be a pivotal force in shaping our clients' online presence, driving strategic brand awareness, and fostering engagement across key digital platforms. This role demands a proactive professional adept at developing and executing innovative social media strategies that align with our B2B technology solutions and enhance our reputation as a trusted industry leader. You will be instrumental in expanding our reach, connecting with professional audiences, and generating meaningful interactions that contribute to our growth objectives. This position requires a creative and analytical mind capable of crafting compelling content tailored for platforms like LinkedIn, X, and other relevant channels, effectively translating complex tech concepts into engaging narratives. You will be responsible for monitoring trends, analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns, and collaborating closely with our marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful digital voice.

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple client accounts to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.

Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (images, videos, and copy) tailored to each platform, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Monitor social media channels for trends, audience insights, and user engagement to continuously optimize content and strategy.

Engage with other social media users, potential customers, and industry professionals on behalf of clients to build community and brand presence.

Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights, tracking website traffic, engagement, lead generation, and other KPIs.

Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget oversight, A/B testing, and performance tracking.

Stay updated on emerging social media tools, trends, and best practices to ensure strategies remain current and effective.

Collaborate with internal marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful digital voice.

A minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, managing multiple accounts.

Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.

A strong portfolio of work demonstrating successful social media campaigns and content creation.

Demonstrated experience with paid social advertising strategies and campaign management.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube).

Proficient in social media management tools (nice to have only but not required: Hootsuite).

Stay updated on emerging social media tools, trends, and best practices to ensure strategies remain current and effective.

Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and compelling copy.

Proven ability to translate complex B2B technology concepts into engaging social media narratives.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into effective strategies.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Ability to work independently and as a collaborative member of a team.

This is a fully remote position with a standard 40-hour fixed-schedule work week.

The exact work schedule depends on the client that you are assigned to, but for this role, it requires working UK hours (4pm - 1am Manila Time).
