Designs, develops and manages supporting activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Serves as the central resource to organize product details including item setup, marketing feature details, product testing, competitive comparisons, price and promotion planning. Involvement lasts throughout all stages of a product’s life cycle including modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the product or product line. Works with engineering, manufacturing and sales to develop new products or enhance existing product(s) or product line(s).

As the Associate Product Manager, you will:

• Suggest product enhancements to improve the user experience.

• Manage end to end new product process inputs and tracking including but not limited to item set up, marketing assets, pricing set up, training and launch materials.

• Conduct weekly forecast analysis of sell out trends at the account level and recommend changes to sales and forecast teams.

• Participate in recurring meetings with sales, go to market, forecasting and training teams to review product updates and promotion performance.

• Financially model business challenges and propose solutions to PM leadership.

• Develops business plans and product positioning in the marketplace.

• Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs.

• Establishes pricing and promotion strategies with support from product leadership.

• Coordinate with other departments to deliver functional solutions.

• Prioritize the implementation of new features and set timelines. Monitor and report on users' reactions post launch.

• Create support and training documents for internal and external users.

• Participate in system configuration and input data supporting products, promotions, pricing, etc.

• Gather and analyze competitive intelligence and messaging.

• Conduct market visits to review competitive products and compile analysis.

• Analyze market trends and products and make recommendations for changes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is required.

• 3 years experience in high-tech, competitive intelligence, product management, strategic marketing, or strategy/management consulting required.

• Proficient in MS Office especially excel

• Good oral and written communication skills
