We are a dynamic group of HVAC Products Engineers that that work on the latest and most advanced HVAC products in the US market. Our R&D team is expanding rapidly to grow organically in the HVAC area of water heating both in domestic water heating and space heating, unitary (A coil and furnace), AHU, VRF, FCU and Chiller product portfolio. On this team you will work closely with the LGE R&D team in Korea for ODM activities, and internal design and development for HVAC accessories and components.

Bachelor's degree required. Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Minimum of 7 years experience is required. Experience in high-tech, competitive intelligence, product management, strategic marketing, or strategy/management consulting is preferred.
Working knowledge of business planning & analysis concepts (Business Indexes: COI, WOS, Sales Deduction and so on) is plus
Must be highly detail-oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills
Must have ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities
Financial modeling skill using Microsoft Excel for pricing and promotions strategies is strongly recommended
Bilingual (Korean/English) preferred

Recruiting Range

$95,000—$127,000 USD
