As the Development Engineer II - CONTRACTOR, you will:

  • Provide local engineering support for vehicle infotainment and telematics product development
  • Conduct vehicle integration testing and on‑road evaluation of infotainment functionality and performance
  • Verify and reproduce reported issues, perform root cause analysis, and support issue resolution
  • Support technical communication and meetings with customers, including issue tracking and improvement activities
  • Support software release and on‑vehicle software updates
  • Review and coordinate improvement plans through collaboration with HQ development engineers
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Working knowledge of Android OS, Linux, and automotive software systems (e.g., GitHub, MICOM, APIs)
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%
