The IT Manager will be responsible for leading and executing IT initiatives with a strong focus on AI, RPA, and information security, while supporting business operations through system development, integration, and IT planning.

This role requires a process-oriented mindset, deep understanding of service and business workflows, and the ability to translate operational needs into effective IT solutions rather than focusing solely on programming languages.

Responsibilities

IT Strategy & Planning

→Develop and execute IT plans aligned with business objectives and operational priorities
→Lead IT planning activities including system roadmap, budget planning, and technology adoption strategy
→Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams

AI / RPA Implementation

→Identify opportunities for AI and RPA to improve service processes and operational efficiency
→Lead or manage the design, development, and deployment of AI/RPA solutions
→Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on AI/RPA initiatives
→System Development & Integration
→Manage system development and integration projects, including ERP, internal platforms, and third-party systems
→Ensure stable operation and scalability of integrated systems
→Oversee system testing, deployment, and post implementation support

Information Security

→Establish and maintain information security policies, controls, and compliance practices
→Manage access control, data protection, and security risk assessments
→Coordinate with internal audit, legal, and compliance teams as needed

Operational Support & Governance

→Support IT operations with a strong understanding of service workflows and business processes
→Manage IT vendors, contracts, and service performance
→Develop and maintain IT documentation, standards, and procedures

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required; Master’s (MBA, MIS, or similar) preferred
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, CISA, Security+, AI/RPA) strongly preferred
7+ years of progressive IT experience, including leading enterprise-wide initiatives
Proven experience developing and executing IT strategy, roadmaps, and budgets aligned with business goals
Hands-on leadership of AI and/or RPA initiatives from design through deployment and optimization
Strong background in system development, integration, and full lifecycle management (ERP and enterprise platforms)
Experience with information security, risk management, compliance, and IT governance
Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, contracts, and service performance
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business teams
Bilingual Korean/English is a plus
