Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Develop and maintain staffing rosters in accordance with client needs, funding allocations, budget and award requirements.
- →Fill shifts impacted by unplanned leave or changes in client support needs
- →Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders effectively, particularly in response to schedule/roster changes, roster concerns and complaints
- →Work with stakeholders to understand Service Agreements and client needs
- →Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner, including call logs and employee schedule changes within relevant systems
Requirements
~1 min read- Experience in a high-volume rostering or scheduling role, ideally utilising the SCHADS award
- Previous experience in the utilisation of rostering software systems (Microsoft Teams Shifts experience if preferred)
- An understanding of service delivery within residential Child, Youth & Family services
- Demonstrate experience managing competing priorities to deliver outcomes within required timeframes
- Confidence to respectfully navigate complex or difficult situations/conversations with stakeholders
- Ability to build and maintain positive and professional relationships with stakeholders
