Coordinate recurring activities across Security Engineering, SOC, Cloud/IAM, Infrastructure, and related teams. Track program dependencies, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement across cybersecurity initiatives. Vendor Management, Resource Planning & Operational Coordination: Lead the lifecycle management, procurement, and renewal of cybersecurity tools, technologies, and external services. Manage vendor relationships, including evaluations, contract renewals, performance reviews, and ongoing governance activities. Partner with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and internal stakeholders to support budgeting, purchasing, and contractual processes. Act as a key liaison across Cyber Security, IT, and business teams to align priorities, timelines, and operational dependencies. Business Support & Continuous Improvement: Support business teams and end users with escalated cybersecurity-related questions, process clarifications, and operational challenges. Coordinate with Cyber Security and IT teams to resolve user-facing issues and improve service delivery. Help promote awareness, understanding, and adoption of cybersecurity practices across the organization. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, collaboration, and program effectiveness across the cybersecurity function.   What You'll Bring: 5–7 years of relevant experience, including 3–5 years in program or project management roles within cybersecurity, information security, or IT environments. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM are required. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related technical field. Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or Technology Management is an asset. PMP certification is an asset. Strong experience managing complex operational programs, cross-functional initiatives, and multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in managing vendors, contracts, renewals, and external partner relationships. Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations, methodologies, and enterprise security programs. Knowledge of privacy legislation, risk management, and IT compliance requirements. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Healthcare industry experience is an asset.   Why Join Us? At LifeLabs, you’ll play an important role in shaping and strengthening the operational foundation of our cybersecurity program. Your work will help ensure teams stay aligned, priorities are delivered effectively, and the systems that support healthcare across Canada remain secure and resilient.   We’re committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment where collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation are encouraged.
