Lime is hiring a 6 month Fixed Term Program & Expansion Manager to join our Commercial Delivery team! In this role, you will report into the Vertical Lead. As we scale our Commercial Delivery vertical, we’re looking for a Program & Expansion Manager to drive the cross-functional coordination required to launch new markets. You will be the glue between legal, compliance, and finance to ensure our expansion moves at speed without friction.

As we grow our category leadership, we are transitioning to a more structured, high-performing organization and need someone who thrives in this evolution. The ideal candidate has experience scaling teams, products, or processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can balance execution with strategy.

 

This is a remote position with a preference for candidates residing in London to maintain effective collaboration across teams.

This position requires occasional travel to support business operations, which is considered an essential function of the role. Lime will provide reasonable accommodations as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Own launch and expansion workstreams across compliance, legal, insurance, and finance stakeholders.

  • Drive project timelines, tracking dependencies, risks, and blockers to ensure on-time delivery.

  • Build lightweight launch plans and established working cadences for internal cross-functional teams.

  • Ensure new pilots and markets are fully prepared from a stakeholder and regulatory standpoint.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve financial or legal bottlenecks during market entry.

  • Maintain clear documentation of decisions, owners, and project statuses for leadership.

  • Facilitate alignment between the founder-led product team and centralized corporate functions.

 
  • Strong project management background with experience in cross-functional coordination.

  • Ability to manage complex stakeholders across legal, finance, and compliance departments.

  • Experience driving timelines in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

  • Highly organized with a detail-oriented approach to tracking blockers and risks.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for driving internal alignment.

  • Ability to thrive in an individual contributor role with high levels of autonomy.

 

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in market expansion or operations for a global tech or logistics company.

  • Familiarity with EU/UK regulatory environments for mobility or delivery.

  • Proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder projects with tight deadlines.
