● AI生成イメージを活用したセールスアート制作（レイアウト、ロゴ、バナー、各種パーツ）
● ゲームデザイナーチーム、マーケティングチームと連携した施策の提案
応募条件
● ゲーム業界での2Dアート経験3年以上
● セールスアート、キャラクター・背景コンセプトアートを含む強力なポートフォリオ
● 構図、人体構造、色彩理論、ビジュアルストーリーテリングの優れた理解
● Photoshop、Clip Studio Paint、Procreateなどのツールに習熟
● スタイライズドまたはセミリアルなアートスタイルの両方で制作可能
● 生成AIアートにおける高いプロンプト作成スキル
● ChatGPTでのプロンプト作成経験1年以上
● Gemini VeoやPhotoshopのAIツールに関する知識
● 高いコミュニケーション力と協働スキル

About the Role:
● As a 2D LiveOps Artist, you will be creating sales art (layouts, logos, banners, and various assets) utilizing AI-generated imagery.
● Propose initiatives in collaboration with the Game Designer and Marketing teams.
You will have the opportunity to:
● Utilize cutting-edge generative AI tools, including Gemini Veo and Photoshop AI, to create high-quality sales art, logos, and banners.
● Partner directly with Game Designers and Marketing teams to propose and execute creative initiatives.
● Help establish industry best practices for integrating AI into visual production workflows.
● Use your skills in composition and storytelling to bridge the gap between traditional 2D artistry and emerging technology.
Qualifications:
● Portfolio: A strong portfolio featuring sales art, as well as character and background concept art.
● Experience: 3+ years of 2D art experience in the gaming industry.
● Technical Skills: * Excellent understanding of composition, anatomy, color theory, and visual storytelling.
● Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, Clip Studio Paint, and Procreate.
● Ability to work in both stylized and semi-realistic art styles.
● AI Expertise:
● Advanced prompting skills for generative AI art.
● 1+ years of experience in prompt engineering with ChatGPT.
● Knowledge of Gemini Veo and Photoshop’s AI tools.
● Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have:
● Experience within mobile or game development pipelines.
● Experience using Unity or Unreal Engine for visual reference or paint-over tasks.
● Background in comics, film, or visual development.
● Interest in establishing best practices for integrating AI into visual production pipelines.
