WorkforceLinc, in partnership with Republic Services, is looking for experienced Heavy Equipment Technicians to train the next generation of diesel professionals in the DFW area.

No teaching experience required. We provide the training. You bring the experience.

• →Deliver hands-on and classroom training
• →Share real-world troubleshooting and repair experience
• →Coach and mentor future technicians
• →Prepare training materials, equipment, and workshop space
• →Evaluate student progress and provide support where needed
• →Utilize multiple training methods including hands-on instruction, presentations, online learning tools, and guided practice
• →Help students develop the technical and professional skills needed for long-term success

• 5+ years of Heavy Equipment Technician experience
• Caterpillar, Komatsu, or similar equipment experience preferred
• ASE Certifications (current or expired) are a plus
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License
