About the Role
~1 min readLindus Health are looking for a Senior Data Manager to support a diverse range of clinical trials. As a Senior Data Manager you will be a part of the deployment team that designs, configures and launches new trials on Citrus, our end-to-end trial delivery platform.
This is a unique opportunity for someone with extensive data management expertise who also enjoys contributing to product development. You’ll be collaborating closely with our product team to make data management within Citrus easy and efficient.
We’d like to hear from you if…
You have 5+ years of experience developing systems and procedures to store, organize, validate and manage clinical trial data, in an academic or commercial setting
You thrive in a startup environment that challenges the norms of typical CROs
You love working in a multidisciplinary team that includes clinical and technical collaborators as well as sponsor representatives
You bring creative thinking, attention to detail and empathy for patients to data management, and use these skills to ensure the highest quality trial outcome
Bonus: You have experience working with CDISC standards such as SDTM
You have high agency and a bias for action
You are passionate and curious about our mission; changing how the healthcare industry operates and how new health treatments are developed

Online Logical Reasoning and Problem Solving test (15 minutes)
Initial conversation with our Talent team (20 minutes)

Deep dive into your experience and how you'd approach key challengesTechnical interview with two members of our Data Management and Solutions Architect team (45 mins)
This will include a task you’ll need to prepare in advance of the interview and is designed to get a sense for how you'd approach the real-world responsibilities of this role.Values interview with a Cofounder and a member of the leadership team (30 minutes)
