Linq is building the messaging infrastructure for the AI era. Data sits at the center of how we make decisions — from where we invest in acquisition to how we optimize our conversion funnel. We're looking for an Analyst who can turn raw data into clear insight and help us allocate resources with confidence.
You'll be embedded in the growth team, owning our measurement infrastructure and surfacing the insights that drive our biggest decisions. This isn't a passive reporting role — you'll run a monthly GTM learning cadence, design experiments, and help us get smarter about our customers and channels every week.
Responsibilities

Own growth reporting: build and maintain dashboards tracking acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue

Run a monthly GTM learning cadence — synthesizing what we learned and defining what we're testing next
- →
Build and manage an ad experimentation framework across creative, copy, and targeting
- →
Analyze funnel and site conversion performance and run structured tests to improve it
- →
Identify and score customer quality signals early in the funnel to disqualify poor-fit leads before they burn resources
- →
Analyze customer data to surface common use cases, industries, and ICP patterns
- →
Build models to forecast pipeline, CAC, and LTV as we scale
- →
Partner with product and engineering to ensure clean data instrumentation
Have 2-4 years in an analytics, data, or strategy role, ideally at a SaaS or tech company
Are proficient in SQL and comfortable with tools like Looker, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
Think in experiments — you don't just report on data, you design tests to answer specific questions
Can translate data into narratives that non-technical stakeholders can act on
Are comfortable operating in ambiguity and structuring your own work without much hand-holding
Are detail-oriented but never lose sight of the bigger strategic picture
Nice to Have

Familiarity with dbt, Python, or other data transform
Prior experience at a Series A-C startup
